Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • It is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at team@echoesofindiastudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Mention your order number and reason for return
  3. Attach clear photographs of the item (required for damaged or incorrect items)
  4. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps

Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Echoes of India Studio is not responsible for items lost in transit during return
