International Shipping
- We ship worldwide.
- International orders are delivered within 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the courier's website.
Delays Echoes of India Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or customs processing. Handcrafted and made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at team@echoesofindiastudio.com within 48 hours of the delivery date with your order number and photographs (if applicable).
